Emergency Medical Fund

We are now partnered with East Mountain Veterinary Services and donate $500 per quarter to use in their Project Pawsitive emergency medical fund.
Here are some of the folks that it's helped:
Lori’s heat lamp set her kennel on fire burning a mother canine and five puppies. Lori’s finances were strained due to the death of her 9-year-old son. Thanks to Project Pawsitive and Dr. Dixon’s care all survived and were discharged.

Another clients litter of puppies became ill with Parvo-Virus. He had already donated one of the puppies to a survivor of the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay victims who lost his mother in the attack. This puppy and his brothers and sisters went home after hospitalization. The client would not have been able to treat the puppies at another clinic or without Project Pawsitive.

A stray puppy we named Trooper was brought in by a high schooler who found the dog badly beaten and broken. We kept the puppy for several months treating his injuries and then found him a loving forever home. He was turned away by other clinics unless payment could be made.

We have helped 37 pets since tracking this program in February of 2019. Each one with a unique story and each one would not have received medical attention with out assistance from Project Pawsitive. A total of $5,191.44 has been issued to clients in 7 months
